About the Job
Responsibilities:
  • Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
  • Operate dishwashing machines and ensure proper cleaning procedures.
  • Sort, stack, and store clean dishes and kitchen items in designated areas.
  • Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations, floors, sinks, and waste areas.
  • Remove trash and recycling and dispose of waste properly.
  • Assist with basic kitchen cleaning tasks and closing duties.
  • Refill cleaning supplies and notify supervisors when inventory is low.
  • Follow all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Support kitchen staff as needed to ensure smooth operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to cleanliness and sanitation standards.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
  • Dependable and punctual with a positive attitude.
  • Previous dishwasher or kitchen experience is a plus but not required.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Comfortable working in a hot, wet, and busy kitchen environment.
  • Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks.
