Responsibilities:
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
- Operate dishwashing machines and ensure proper cleaning procedures.
- Sort, stack, and store clean dishes and kitchen items in designated areas.
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations, floors, sinks, and waste areas.
- Remove trash and recycling and dispose of waste properly.
- Assist with basic kitchen cleaning tasks and closing duties.
- Refill cleaning supplies and notify supervisors when inventory is low.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Support kitchen staff as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Previous dishwasher or kitchen experience is a plus but not required.

- Comfortable working in a hot, wet, and busy kitchen environment.
- Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks.
